this contemporary wannabe was built in 1966, with some wonderful stone work and a great roof line, but was let down by many of the original details. In addition to breaking up the flat front façade with a new custom fir pergola, we enclosed the massive open carport and turned that space into a relocated new kitchen and dining room. both spaces now have the fabulous vaulted ceiling as originally seen in the living room.
I am very pleased to again have my design work featured in the New York Times real estate section.
